Hi There!
Well it is the second time this year i decided to do Ohsawa diet, which is whole grain diet for seven dayz. Peppermint, chamomile and black tea. yang diet, to kick out sickness out of your body and repair all the yin imbalances. Anyway, it has been good, the first time i did it, it was in june and now. I feel super light and i lost some weight, kinda trippy. Feels very interesting and i feel that it is good for me, get of sugar..ya know..
Other than that i feel stronger than ever, that it is time to walk my path. Many times i find myself lost in others people thing, connecting, networking. It is time to gather ourselves together and in few words, get our act together.
Right now i am blessed with the opportunity to be surrounded by amazing family, this whole summer has been rolling like that though..Carried
I am envisioning move to Berlin, with beautiful siStar, with who many projects can emerge. And very much looking forward for space for creating and living and school..Herbal medicine. 3 days a week and all the rest for me..
